Sechelt kayaking during demo days [VIDEO and MAP]

Val and her friend Rachel do some Sechelt kayaking during Alpha Adventures demo day at Porpoise Bay Provincial Park earlier this spring. The two of them play on the water trying different kayaks and stand up paddle boards and just generally have a good time! A demo day is when many makes, models, and types of equipment are available for a quick test drive.

BC's Sunshine Coast is an AMAZING place to visit (or live) if you love being out on the water. Aside from kayaking and paddleboarding, you can go SCUBA diving, snorkeling, sailing... you name it!

Porpoise Bay Provincial Park is just north of Sechelt and is an excellent jumping off point for exploring the Sechelt Inlet. If you're traveling from the ferry terminal, Porpoise Bay is about a 30 minute drive from Langdale.
