Dining room

To our right is the dining room. Here we find a large space divided into two sections: a sunken portion that lines the windows and fills the centre of the room as well as elevated seating around the perimeter. There’s a good mix of booths and chairs that can easily be rearranged to accommodate birthday parties, weddings, or other celebrations. Themed artwork and decorations fill the space.

Banquet room

At the rear of the restaurant is the buffet line and access to the customer washrooms. This is also home to the banquet/meeting room that can accommodate 35 guests. Sliding pocket doors provide privacy for special events.

Kitchen

The kitchen is large and well appointed. It has equipment like ovens, grills, dishwashers, a walk-in cooler and freezer, and much more. It also provides separate areas for prep, service, and storage.

To our left is the office and in front of us is the staff room.

We finish the tour by leaving the kitchen and returning to overlook the dining room with its view of a busy Gibsons Way.
