Have you hiked Mount Elphinstone on BC’s Sunshine Coast yet? This is a fun video of Val Labrecque and Donna McMahon sharing their adventure. Filmed in May of 2016 this was Val’s first hike of the season so hopefully can find it in your heart to forgive her "sweat bag" self!
