We checked out the Sleepy Hollow Show 'n Shine in 2016 and were blown away by the event - just a really amazing cross-section of cool cars and trucks.
As a proclamation of our love for this event, we put together this video promoting Sleepy Hollow Show n' Shine 2017 put on by the Coaster's Car Club.
The Coasters Car Club 22nd Annual Sleepy Hollow Rod Run & Show 'n Shine is scheduled for August 11-13, 2017. For more info about the event (or the car club) check out the group's website and Facebook page.

Each August, classic cars, customs, and assorted vehicles that don't fit into any specific category descend the Sunshine Coast. The weekend kicks off on Friday evening with a 30km rod run that starts in Sechelt and finishes in Halfmoon Bay.
The Sleepy Hollow Show 'n Shine is the car show portion of the event. For a good part of Saturday, Cowrie Street (Sechelt's main drag) is shut down for the car show. This allows spectators and participants to wander up and down the street, talking pictures of cars and visiting with owners.
Then on Sunday, the event has two separate components:
A rod run and show 'n shine 60kms north of Sechelt in Pender Harbour; or
Drag races at the Sechelt Airport.
The rod run leaves Sechelt at 9:30am and sticks around Pender Harbour until about 4pm that afternoon.
The drag races take place on an 1/8th mile strip. Provided their cars can pass the mandatory tech inspection, Sleepy Hollow Show 'n Shine participants are invited to take part in the racing excitement! In addition to classic cars, there are also a number of additional race classes including funny cars, top fuels, and more.
If you're into cars and either live on the Sunshine Coast or are planning a visit, you may also want to check out the Elphinstone Secondary Car Show in Gibsons that's held each spring.
